As a result, I have developed special knowledge and a reputation as an "older home specialist". My experience with older home construction, restoration problems, building codes, and upgrade alternatives has proven invaluable to many of my clients. I then work with my clients to evaluate alternatives regarding the cost and quality of various building materials and procedures to accomplish important objectives within their budget. I strive to help my clients gain the highest quality, value, and livability for their home at the least cost.
